Excel Csepel Kft. offers a solution for the all-in modernization of bulky   SKODA, TOS etc. machining centers  by which an old-design machine can be fitted up with new technical features  complying with today’s requirements.

The modernization work involves  the machine being fitted with NC control, the slides and the frame  renewed,  the spindle headstock  replaced resulting in a very favourable price-to-value ratio alternative.

After the modernization work the machine will be equipped with CNC control, through-the-spindle cooling, 1600-rpm speed,  35000Nm torque,  and made capable for receiving an automatic tool changer. The precision of the machine conforms to that of today’s similar-scale premium-category machines available on the world market.

The main spindle runs in a precision bearing support of accuracy class P5. The hydraulic as well as the pneumatic, the lubricating and the cooling system fully conform to the strict requirements for economical and environment-friendly operation.

Drives are provided by CNC controls which is considered an optimum choice from the technical point of view.

 

 

In brief, a new Csepel-made spindle headstock type W200H  with CNC control will be integrated into the machining centre.

 

You will be able to use your modern tools, you’ll be able to finish-machine workpieces in one clamping even with small-diameter holes in them, which means in short that you’ll have an up-to-date machining center at your disposal which meets today’s requirements
